outdated elevator stained couch
The elevator situation was a problem. There seemed to be only one working. it felt unsafe and very outdated. i also noticed some stains on the couch and mismatched pillows in my king studio. it just didn't feel clean enough. plus, the hallways had a weird yellow tint and fake orchids, not very appealing.

Superb Service and Anniversary Celebration!
kind greeting decorated room thoughtful gesture
Destiny greeted me with kindness upon arrival. My room was beautifully decorated (my mom said the hotel staff helped her). They provided a complimentary champagne bottle along with a thoughtful congratulatory note and chocolates, a really nice touch.

clean appearance customer service
abraham checked me in without issues. the lobby had a clean appearance. i appreciate the superb customer service. i would choose to return on my next visit. the room was spacious and matched its description. i secured requested benefits.
i noticed noise was bad at night so it was impossible to sleep. i really recommend bringing ear plugs if you intend to stay. parties happened on the rooftop. even when parties stopped, every honk, siren, and voice could be heard.
